Offer description

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Car Sales Representatives to join AutoXpress in Limerick and Galway. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling pre-owned vehicles, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying process. Your role will significantly contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction while representing our brand professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service:
2. Greet and engage customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
3. Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
4. Provide pricing, financing options, and promotional information.
5. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their requirements.
6. Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
7. Sales Target Achievement:
8. Meet or exceed sales targets monthly and quarterly.
9. Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively.
10. Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and visits.
11. Negotiation & Closing:
12. Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing to close sales.
13. Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly.
14. Market Knowledge:
15. Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle models, and competitors.
16. Expand knowledge of inventory and promotions.
17. Customer Relationship Management:
18. Provide post-sale support and ensure smooth vehicle handover.
19. Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to ensure satisfaction and build rapport.
20. Collaboration & Teamwork:
21. Work with sales managers, finance teams, and other departments.
22. Participate in meetings, training, and sales events.


Qualifications:

* Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or customer-facing roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for cars and automotive knowledge.
* Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Good negotiation and closing skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
* Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

* Experience in commission-based sales roles.
* Knowledge of automotive financing options.
