Job Title: Sales Representative – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Primarily covering Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Galway, and Kilkenny (Ireland)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Position Overview:
The role involves working with the OR Team across the complete OR product portfolio. The role will be to increase sales revenue and profitability, drive new business, coordinate and carry out product trials, support existing business, and educate customers on new market trends & products in conjunction with the OR Sales team. The OR business has a 32-county focus; however, the primary focus will be Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Galway and Kilkenny regions. There may be times where flexibility to cover hospitals outside this territory will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Increase sales revenue and profitability across the OR product range.
* Drive new business development and identify commercial opportunities.
* Conduct product trials and provide in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
* Deliver clinical education and training on products and market trends.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers.
* Offer consistent, high-quality customer service and technical support.
* Contribute to the development and execution of customer education programs.
* Maintain accurate records and account management plans.
* Stay informed on market developments and product innovations.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve business targets.
* Represent the company and brand with professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or a Clinical field.
* Sales experience preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with operating theatre procedures and environments in Ireland is a plus.
* Full, clean driving license.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
* Ideally based within the primary territory area.
