OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and accelerate the next phase of business growth. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for elevating our brand, increasing market visibility, and delivering a strong pipeline of high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).You will own the full marketing agenda - from brand and thought leadership to demand generation and performance marketing - working closely with senior leadership and Sales to drive measurable commercial impact.The role is primarily remote; however, occasional travel to our offices and attendance at meetings will be required.Key ResponsibilitiesElevate our brand presence and impact that differentiates us in the market, building presence among key audiences.Lead brand awareness campaigns to elevate presence in key markets and segments to targeted audiences.Build relationships with influencers, industry bodies, analysts, and media to amplify our position.Create and own an award-winning strategy: prioritise relevant industry awards and manage end-to-end submissions.Develop a PR and thought-leadership engine: media placements, speaking opportunities, expert commentary, and industry reports.Position company executives as visible industry thought leaders.Build and optimise a demand-generation strategy to drive high-quality inbound and outbound leads.Own the MQL pipeline target and collaborate with Sales on lead qualification, scoring, and conversion to SQL's.Implement and optimise multi-channel campaigns (content, paid media, SEO, email, ABM, social).Drive continuous conversion improvements across the funnel (web, landing pages, nurture flows).Establish data-driven reporting and forecasting, ensuring marketing performance is measurable and transparent.Build dashboards and metrics to track brand visibility, MQL volume, MQL to SQL conversion, and overall campaign ROI.About YouEssential Experience7–10+ years in B2B marketing with recent experience in a senior leadership marketing role.Proven success in building brand visibility and differentiation in a competitive market.Demonstrable experience increasing MQLs, managing demand-gen programmes, and owning pipeline targets.Experience managing PR, awards submissions, and thought-leadership initiatives.Data-driven mindset with excellent knowledge of analytics.Desired ExperienceExperience in an SME or scaling environment.Experience with integrated marketing models across digital, field, and partner channels.ABM experience for targeting strategic accounts.Why join is?Competitive salary dependent on experienceHealthcare and pension benefitsOpportunity to shape and lead the marketing strategy during an exciting growth phaseHigh level of ownership, influence, and visibility at senior leadership level
