Main Duties
Purchasing and Procurement
Manage all purchasing activities for the hotel and Jurassic Newpark in collaboration with the HOD's, ensuring timely supply of goods and services for all departments whilst maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Experience on Procure Wizard advantageous but not essential.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure best value in quality, price, and service.
Monitor and report on purchasing budgets, spend analysis, and cost savings.
Stores and Inventory Management
Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuing of all stock, ensuring accuracy and security.
Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Assist external stocktakers on site when they perform the monthly hotel stocktakes for Food & Beverage and the Jurassic Newpark stockcount.
Ensure all stores areas (including food, beverages, housekeeping, and maintenance supplies) are clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene, safety, and fire regulations.
Team Leadership and Coordination
Coordinate closely with Heads of Departments to align orders with operational needs.
Any other ad-hoc duties in line with Management request.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to travel locally and source items as needed.
