While she has recently become more vulnerable due to cognitive decline, she remains mobile and loves going on walks.Key Responsibilities:Assist with preparing and cooking mealsHelp with grocery shopping and light houseworkProvide medication promptingOffer companionship and help maintain a positive daily routineCollaborate with the family and HSE care team to establish and maintain a care planThe family is seeking a caregiver to work 5 to 6 days per week, up to 48 hours per week, with flexibility based on the client's needs.
