About UsProudly serving the Naas community for close to 20 years, we are seeking a Deli Supervisors to join our teamNot your average deli, we're seeking people who are comfortable operating at a high level, are comfortable working in a fast paced environment under pressure, and have the leadership capabilities to lead, guide and nurture 15+ deli staff across multiple departments.You won't be alone, joining a General Management Team of four, you will work closely with the General and Assistant Managers to grow the deli to the next levelThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Musgrave branded grocery retailers (Centra/Supervalu), is familiar with deli ordering (Fresh, Bakery, Packaging) back-office systems and has a keen attention to detail when it comes to the fresh food offering.Main purpose of the role:Ensure the deli operates efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times in a clean, safe environment. To deliver on key deli targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operation.The ideal candidate will have the following:3+ years experience in a senior deli or kitchen role is necessary.Experience with bakery, hot food and pre-packaged food goods.HACCP training. We need someone who understands the importance of food safety and is always prepared for food safety auditors.Staff management, training and encouragement. We prefer a team leader who can encourage positivity while offering constructive feedback when needed. Upskilling existing staff and working efficiently to seize the day.Flexibility with working hours.
