What You'll Do
* Identify high-impact business problems and define the features and user experiences to solve them
* Transform business and customer requirements into effective, efficient, and elegant solutions
* Use systems thinking to enhance existing workflows and experiences for scalability
* Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators that lead to engagement and realization of customer value
* Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant designs expressed in sketches, diagrams, rapid prototypes, and final design executions
* Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand customers and markets, develop product strategies and detailed requirements and designs, and ensure successful release to market
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions and identify opportunities for enhancement
* Demonstrate accountability and ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail
* Contribute to evolving design practices and resources to support the digital maturity of the organization
Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional experience within an enterprise environment
* Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, demonstrated by an exceptional portfolio
* Meticulous attention to detail (typography, color, interaction patterns, user flows) and an understanding that small details impact UX
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a complex enterprise environment with a solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while communicating trade-offs
* Empathy with users and a customer-focused mindset
* Ability to persuade and influence others to support ideas, with evidence-based arguments and effective objection handling
* Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions
* Ownership and accountability for the quality of work you lead and deliver
* Initiative to proactively seek opportunities to improve the product and design process
* Humility, enthusiasm, and ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding
