Job Title: Experienced Baker Location: The Food Store, Co. Mayo We are seeking a skilled baker to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an early-morning role, focused on producing a high standard of fresh baked goods each day. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and baking a variety of products including sourdoughs, traditional breads, scones, muffins, buns, and cakes Maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised workspace Requirements: Strong experience in bread making, with a particular focus on sourdough Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management skills and reliability for early starts The Role: Full-time, 5 days per week (out of 6) No Sunday shifts If you are passionate about baking and want to be part of a dedicated, friendly team, wed love to hear from you.
