Legal Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our solicitors and legal professionals.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
* Manage solicitors' diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates and deadlines.
* Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner.
* Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
* Assist with billing, time recording, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a legal secretary or legal administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
