Temp - Assistant Company Secretary, Dublin 2
Immediate requirement for an Assistant Company Secretary on a temporary week by week basis. Dublin 2 location, salary €55k to €65k doe.
Opportunity to work with a leading insurer to the public sector and join them at a busy period. Candidates will be immediately available to take up assignment.
- Board, Committee and AGM support - support and host meetings, transcribe accurate minutes, correspond with internal and external stakeholders
- Corporate governance - filings, statutory registers, dealing with the CRO etc., draft policies and processes that support the development of governance frameworks.
- Implementation of company secretarial annual plan
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including Members, Nominees (Shareholders), Legal Advisors, Auditors, Regulators, and internal stakeholders.
Legal background required, previous experience in a Co Sec role within Financial Services, preferably insurance but other sectors will be considered. Knowledgeable of Irish company law, corporate governance and familiar with the Companies Act 2014
