We are seeking a General Manager (GM) with strong expertise in SEO to lead growth initiatives in the cryptocurrency and iGaming sectors. The role requires strategic oversight of financial performance, SEO-driven growth, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
* Financial & Strategic Leadership
* Manage P&Ls and ensure sustainable revenue growth
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, rankings, and affiliate revenue of our emerging brands
* Align objectives across multiple reporting lines
* Lead teams within a matrix structure, ensuring alignment and clear accountability with the domain experts
* Coordinate with content, product, and marketing teams to deliver SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and conversions
* Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and partners
* Represent the brand at relevant industry events and forums
Requirements
* Proven experience managing P&Ls and achieving growth targets
* Minimum 3 years in senior management roles, preferably in SEO-driven businesses
* Strong understanding of SEO, affiliate models, and content strategy
* Knowledge of cryptocurrency and iGaming markets
* Experience managing teams in a matrix organization
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
