Service Advisor
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team during an exciting period of transformation and growth.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take on a key role in delivering a premium Mercedes-Benz customer experience.
* Deliver exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships and guiding them seamlessly through the service journey.
* Act as the key liaison between customers, the Service Manager, Workshop, Parts, and Warranty teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills, with the ability to advise customers on maintenance, repair work, and value-added services. They will be confident, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A full, valid, and current driver's license.
* Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor industry.
* Strong problem-solving ability and excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships.
