We are seeking a seasoned CUSTOMER ONBOARDING AND SUCCESS MANAGER to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead client onboarding, build strong relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


This role requires fluency in French and a minimum of two years experience in account management or technical support. You will be responsible for leading client onboarding, building strong relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.
