Nike Kildare is looking for a Commercial & Visual Merchandising Supervisor (Lead) to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:
As our Commercial & Visual Merchandising Lead, your role is crucial to the effective running of the store. You will focus on visual merchandising, profit and loss control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects. You will drive and inspire your team to deliver a world-class indirect consumer experience through market-leading visual merchandising, efficient stock processes, and ensuring that the back of house environment reflects the energy, passion, and innovation experienced on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
1. Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service to serve and deliver a premium brand experience.
2. Lead, coach, and motivate your team to ensure an excellent work atmosphere.
3. Manage daily operations to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, and salesfloor management.
4. Identify and improve areas based on consumer feedback.
5. Be a brand ambassador for NIKE’s initiatives, including team training.
6. Ensure store compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.
7. Oversee and approve visual merchandising execution across all departments.
8. Utilize Nike tools for VM and keep teams updated on guidelines.
9. Lead commercial planning and connect with allocation for planning activities.
10. Plan and execute markdown and promotional activities.
11. Deliver training on markdown and promotional tools.
12. Manage daily operational activities, including cash office, H&S policies, stock flow, loss prevention, product management, scheduling, and planning.
13. Inspire and develop associates within your area.
14. Identify issues and opportunities from sales and customer feedback.
15. Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.
16. Demonstrate experience in retail management, coaching, and developing people.
17. Communicate effectively in English.
18. Utilize retail business systems and Microsoft Office.
19. Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
