Financial Reporting Accountants are in high demand due to the increasing need for accurate and timely financial information.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work within the financial reporting function, supporting the preparation and review of financial statements, contributing to best practice, and gaining exposure to evolving accounting and regulatory requirements.
The Role:
Prepare, review, and deliver financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely communication of technical updates and industry developments.
Assist management in implementing best practice solutions, contribute to training and mentoring initiatives, and participate in client servicing, reporting processes, and financial analysis.
Help resolve complex financial reporting issues to ensure high-quality delivery across teams.
Key Requirements:
Experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or audit is essential. Knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS is required. Understanding of accounting processes and regulatory frameworks is also necessary.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with auditors and internal teams are vital. A relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred.
Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting systems is also expected.
