We are currently recruiting a Stores Team Leader to work as part of our existing Team in Dawn Meats Charleville. We are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future. ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be based at our processing plant in Charleville, Co. Cork and will be responsible for:Raising & managing POs and delivery docketsManagement of stocks and data on the stock control systemReceiving goods and parts on to the system and into StoresManaging Stock Location, Retrieval, and planning for stockManaging 6S for StoresPoint of Contact for StoresResponsible for raw material planning and placing requests with procurement to ensure that all raw materials are available to meet production requirementsProvision of reporting to key stakeholders in relation to raw materials, stock levels, and planningIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement, with specific focus on customer service, order fulfilment, and costFull stock check to be done monthly and Reports to be sent to the area Manager and the site Finance department, to include: A Month End stock count and Physical Stock CountComply with all aspects of the Standard Operating ProceduresEnsure all paperwork is up to date for upcoming auditsQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Computer literate, with demonstrated experience in E-mail, Database, Spreadsheets and Computerised Management Systems.Good organisational skillsCapable of working on own initiativeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - fluent English is requiredThe ability to keep accurate recordsTo be able to work as part of a teamFlexibleINDLP
