Offer description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee our office operations and provide administrative support to our team.
Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Lead and manage day to day corporate operations to ensure the offices smooth functioning by maintaining its operations & developing systems for office efficiency and alignment with the Company's policies & procedures.
Develop and implement these strategic plans across all sectors to achieve company goals and drive growth.
Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resources.
Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
Assisting the Managing Director in the day to day running of the Business, assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agenda, and taking minutes.
Manage correspondence and maintain filing systems.
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings and onboard processes, maintain employee records, assisting with bookings of flights, accommodation & rental properties for overseas staff members, organising of staff for onsite inductions.
· Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
· Proven Experience in Office Management or Administrative Role (3+years)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office Management Software
· Strong Organisation Skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
