There's strong opportunity to develop as a Subject Matter Expert, create automation scripts, contribute to knowledge articles, and influence improvements in support processes.What we're looking for: SaaS support experience (ServiceNow strongly preferred) Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills UI or front-end support experience (e.g. JavaScript, React, Angular, CSS) Ability to read/debug Java and JavaScript Experience with cloud/web technologies, databases, and scripting Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
