Job Description

Senior Business Development Representative required for SaaS client based in North America. Remote role in USA.

Reporting to the Global BDR Manager and working closely with Sales Directors, the Senior BDR plays a pivotal role in driving growth by creating high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound opportunities.

This is a fully remote role (North America Remote, East & Central Time Zones) requiring flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently meet and exceed SQL and opportunity creation targets
2. Lead and execute outbound strategies for strategic accounts, leveraging account-based selling, multi-channel engagement, and industry insights
3. Partner with Sales Directors on account strategy, territory planning, and outreach execution to drive revenue growth
4. Mentor and coach junior BDRs, sharing prospecting techniques, messaging approaches, and best practices for opportunity generation
5. Lead with a data-driven approach, leveraging HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to track performance and optimize outreach
6. Conduct detailed account research to create tailored campaigns and identify opportunities for digital validation platform
7. Engage with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts to uncover business challenges and position value
8. Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution, lead nurturing workflows, and conversion optimization
9. Provide actionable field feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging and positioning
10. Represent company at virtual and in-person industry events, engaging with prospects and strengthening brand presence

Requirements:

11. 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience with proven success in B2B SaaS pipeline generation (including 1+ year as outbound pipeline creation)
12. Track record of building outbound pipeline in complex selling environments, ideally within regulated industries (Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, etc.)
13. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to adjust tactics based on performance insights
14. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
15. Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to exceed pipeline and revenue contribution goals
16. Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
17. Natural collaborator with the ability to mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing team culture

Nice to Haves

18. Experience in a global B2B SaaS company serving highly regulated industries (Life Sciences, Biopharma, Medical Device, Food & Beverage, etc.)
19. Knowledge of validation, compliance, or quality processes in regulated industries
