ACCPRO are working with a very successful Irish manufacturing and distribution company to hire an Operations Manager.
The role is based in South West Dublin and is fully onsite.
The ideal candidate will be coming from a similar background.
Salary €65k.
Responsibilities: Implement, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes across warehouse, transport, and merchandising functions.
Contribute to departmental budgets, cost control, and wider organisational planning.
Identify quality control issues relating to flooring products, storage, handling, and delivery, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, transport legislation, and relevant industry standards.
Recruit, train, and manage operational staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior operational role.
Previous experience within flooring, building materials, or a related B2 B distribution environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport logistics, and stock control.
Experience managing teams and implementing operational improvements.
Sound understanding of health & safety and transport compliance.
