Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery, you will:
Partner with senior leadership to support departmental initiatives, projects, and budget management.
Contribute to the delivery of team objectives while ensuring compliance with policies related to investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash management.
Review and approve the processing of capital calls and distributions in line with client instructions and deadlines.
Ensure a smooth and professional client integration experience, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Address and resolve sensitive or escalated inquiries from clients, investors, fund managers, or internal teams with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with internal AML teams and administrators to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Review and sign off on schedules, reports, and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Allocate team resources effectively to meet service level agreements and operational goals.
Participate in the internal Client Relationship Management (CRM) framework, including regular service reviews with clients and internal partners.

Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service with minimum 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
