Office & Customer Service Administrator

Sheridans Cheesemongers are Ireland's leading specialist cheese retailer and wholesaler. We're passionate about sourcing the finest artisan food products from Ireland and across Europe - and we're looking for a motivated Office & Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
Hours:
* 32 hours per week (Mon-Thurs)
* December only: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
What You'll Do
* Provide outstanding customer service to wholesale clients and Sheridans' own shops.
* Process and manage orders via Unify, Procure Wizard & Intact.
* Handle invoicing, credit notes, and proof of deliveries.
* Maintain price lists and online ordering systems.
* Liaise with couriers, logistics, and customs where required.
* Support sales by upselling and keeping up to date with new products.
* General office administration and ad hoc duties.
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service skills and excellent communication.
* Confident with MS Office (Excel & Outlook in particular).
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Able to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
* Team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
* Experience in food or consumer goods a bonus (but not essential).
