Job Description
We are seeking a Project Management Professional to lead benchmarking and promote best practices in project controls and document management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project control activities and 2 years as Project Controls Manager.
Responsibilities include establishing performance measurement baselines, overseeing monthly project reviews, managing change requests, developing PMO frameworks, guiding project teams on project controls processes, identifying risks, and providing oversight of large projects.
This role requires strong stakeholder communication and management skills, with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years' experience in project management
* At least 5 years of experience in project control activities and 2 years as Project Controls Manager
* Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP)
* APM or PMI membership
* Proven experience with large-scale metro rail or similarly complex projects
* Proficient with document management systems, databases, and project control software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced risk identification, assessment, and mitigation abilities
