Due to continued expansion and multiple new contracts won, they require multiple Civil Administrators across the Greater Dublin Area.
Your new role
As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of utilities (water) projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide regular updates for the PM and Snr Site Agents.
* Oversee water, drainage, and utilities projects.
* Manage crews of groundworkers.
* Assist in controlling plant and materials on site.
* Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard.
* Regularly complete the site diary and paperwork.
* Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended.
* Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout the site.
* Liaise with Clients / Consultancies & local authorities.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* A background in civils, water and groundworks projects.
* A full Irish driving license is essential.
* Proven experience in site engineering within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
