Job Summary
This role is a permanent, wholetime Support Worker providing person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs. The position requires a full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability. * QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification (emphasis: health, community, care sector)
* Passion for person‑centred support
Skills and Abilities
* Work independently and take initiative
* Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker role & philosophy around support for complex needs
* Programme planning using person‑centred plans
* Deliver support according to person's PCP and care plan
* Fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills
* Full, clean driver's licence (manual) desirable
