Human Resources Manager Job Description

A leading hotel group is seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee the full employee lifecycle, manage recruitment processes, and handle employee relations, compliance, and training.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversight of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation
* Management of all recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
* Employee relations, including conflict resolution and staff development
* Compliance with Irish employment law, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations


Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and its application in a hotel environment
