Job Title: HR Business Partner
Leinster Appointments is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their team.
* Build strong relationships with all levels of the organisation.
* Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees.
* Partner with site leaders to understand strategic objectives.
* Develop, review and implement HR policies that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Champion employee needs while maintaining organisational priorities.
* Support talent acquisition activities including workforce planning, recruitment and selection processes.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and deliver insights.
Requirements:
