Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, including managing staff, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless execution of hospitality services. This includes planning and organizing delivery of all operational business areas within the clubhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all operational and functional areas of the clubhouse;
* Demonstrate excellent leadership skills within a hospitality environment providing complete customer satisfaction;
* To ensure a strong focus on training which supports team development;
Required Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with experience in bar lounge management. Proven ability to lead teams effectively while achieving budgeted targets is also required. Knowledgeable about organisational brand standards is beneficial.
