Social Care Worker – Day and Residential Services (Northside – Service Area 2)
St. Michael's House provides services and supports to men, women, and children with disabilities in the greater Dublin area.
The role involves delivering person-centred support to five residents, promoting independence and community integration, and implementing positive behaviour support plans while working closely with a multidisciplinary team and families.
Essential Criteria and Qualifications
Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual disability and autism.
Experience working as part of a team.
Experience implementing positive behaviour support plans.
Experience focusing on promoting independence and community integration.
Full clean driver's licence and willingness to drive as part of the role.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
QQI Level 7 – Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies (Disability) or equivalent Level 7 award in Social Care/Studies approved by CORU.
CORU registration or in the process of registration (Section 91).

Remuneration
Salary in line with the August **** HSE revised consolidated Social Care Worker pay scale (point 1 €40,851 – point 12 €57,217 per annum based on a 39-hour week).
Applicants with no prior public sector experience start at point 1.
Employment Details
Full-time and part-time permanent contracts.
Location: North Dublin – Service Area 2. Working hours: 39 hours per week.
