Aramark Workplace Solutions is seeking a
Client Site Manager
for a prestigious corporate head office in Dublin 8.
This full-time, on-site role supports the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring smooth service delivery and a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the daily running of the building and shared areas.
Liaise with occupiers to maintain strong relationships and respond to queries.
Coordinate and supervise contractors on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Monitor maintenance schedules and escalate issues as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and report on building condition.
Assist with planning and delivery of on-site events and wellness initiatives.
Support sustainability and ESG goals in collaboration with the account team.
Maintain records and systems including CAFM and client platforms.
Ensure compliance with health & safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical background in building services (e.g. HVAC, electrical) preferred.
2–3 years' experience in facilities or building operations.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Familiarity with contractor management and basic H&S procedures.
IT proficiency and experience with FM systems desirable.
