About This Role:
Catalyx seeks a Quality Supply Planner to work on our customer site in Cork.
This planner will oversee production, testing, and release plans for the site.
They will schedule work in line with business requirements and adjust the site production plan accordingly on SAP.
This role is strategic to ensuring timely product release and on-time delivery of material to the customer.

Main Responsibilities:
* Attend daily value stream boards & weekly planning meetings
* Coordinate inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP
* Work closely with Production and Supply Chain functions to respond to changes or requests
* Liaise with departments to adjust inspection lot ends dates accurately & appropriately when lots are received on site, and when issues arise during production, testing, or release
* Monitor issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain, assess impact on the site plan, and make adjustments
* Communicate planning changes and impact between Supply Chain and Operations functions
* Track progress of lots, manage KPI reporting and analysis
* Improve the current business process for management of inspection lot end dates on SAP
* Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Supply Chain experience and familiarity with scheduling
* Organization skills/Project Management
* SAP experience desirable
* Manufacturing Execution Process knowledge
* Quality and GMP knowledge/experience beneficial
* Excellent communication skills/communicates effectively
* Negotiation skills
* Meeting facilitation skills in a cross-functional environment
* Result-driven, target-oriented
* Business process understanding and quality principles
* Technical knowledge of cross-functional units
* Lean Six Sigma methodology-Would be a plus
* Professionalism and maturity required to interact with senior management
* BSc in Supply Chain/Operations/Business/Quality
