As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of AlertMedia's customer relationships — our most valued asset. You'll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and consultative partner to ensure customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through adoption of our platform. Working closely with Implementation, Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll drive customer health, retention, and growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You approach each relationship with a partnership mindset and tailor your strategy to each customer's goals, maturity, and risk profile. This role supports EMEA and global customers, with collaboration across time zones.

Who you are:  

You are an experienced Customer Success Manager who thrives in strategic, customer-facing roles. You think critically about adoption, retention, and expansion, and enjoy partnering cross-functionally to deliver value at scale.

* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with strategic customers varying in size
* Identify, measure, and execute against customer business outcomes
* Proactively assess customer health and risk to drive retention
* Partner with Account Management on adoption and growth opportunities
* Conduct effective Quarterly Business Reviews
* Track customer engagement in Gainsight and Salesforce
* Share feedback with Product and internal teams
* Ensure GDPR-aligned data handling

What you bring to the role:  

* 2-3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager   
* Experience with Salesforce, Excel & Gainsight (a plus) 
* Desire to work with demanding, multi-national customers  
* Established CSM who is self-motivated and customer-focused  
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills 
* Strong listening skills with the ability to work with a variety of customer profiles    
* Excellent project management skills with proven ability to prioritize    
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills   
* Proven ability to work with all members of our team (business development, software development, and product management)   
* The desire and ability to learn and be coached  
* Position is fully remote and open to Republic of Ireland residents
* Must have the legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland without Sponsorship. AlertMedia does not Sponsor.
