We are one of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, offering a diverse range of services in banking, financial, and related services. As a contract role, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to work within our busy professional located in Molesworth Street, Dublin.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support, diary/mailbox management, and logistics for two members of the Group Strategy & Sustainability Senior Management Team. You will work closely with Senior Management to manage their workload and diary, organise their day, and prioritise activities within their teams. This involves building a successful network and collaborating with other business support teams within the function.
Requirements for Success
* Effective time management, dealing with competing priorities, and organising workloads appropriately
* Strong Microsoft Office applications skills and experience
* Excellent writing skills, with a proven capacity to take minutes to a high standard
* Proven problem-solving abilities, anticipating administrative issues, and proactively engaging in process improvements to assist management in task and time management, and organisation
* Strong interpersonal skills, communicating clearly with various stakeholders, and evidence of being a team player would be ideal
* Experience in banking is an advantage
