About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Equipment Technician. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain equipment at customer sites through installation, repair, and maintenance services;
2. Perform planned preventative maintenance according to schedules;
greater-than/li>- Manage reactive maintenance needs by identifying issues and implementing solutions;- Identify opportunities for improvement in preventative maintenance programs;
3. Maintain accurate service records and reports;
4. Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers,& customers.�wec li item breakHereare key qualificationsforthisposition:- Minimum of 2 years' experience ina maintenanceserviceenvironment;
- Industrial background is preferred;- Basic electrical knowledgecanbe beneficial.- Problem-solving,dianostic skillsand hands-on approach are required.
