Celtic Careers has a number of opportunities with various clients throughout West and South Dublin where individuals with strong communication skills, excellent customer service and solid administrative competencies are required to fill a number of administrative roles both on a temporary and permanent basis.

These positions require candidates who will provide administrative support and be responsible for performing a wide variety of general and routine office duties.

If you have strong Reception experience with such tasks as, answering calls, providing information, taking messages, and transferring callers will be second nature to you.

Additionally, some roles require successful candidates to meet and greet visitors, handle enquiries and direct individuals to appropriate information resources.

Other tasks may include scheduling, organising, and coordinating meetings and typing editing documents.

Clients seeking experienced customer service representatives require that applicants have been delivering consistent customer experiences providing efficient and timely resolutions. In addition, you will have effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.

These roles involve resolving complex enquiries accurately and timely. A high level of confidence with technology and the ability to navigate multiple applications and competing priorities is also required.

Ideal candidates for all these opportunities should:
8. Have at least 2-years' experience in similar environments
9. Demonstrate the ability to independently problem-solve
10. Be open to feedback and take action as required
11. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Be proactive and enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment.
13. Have the ability to work cooperatively with others.
