The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, sales, or related fields, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with independent agencies or clients, conducting discovery sessions, developing acquisition strategies, and building strong relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, leading negotiations, and closing deals that drive long-term growth.
Additionally, they will provide market feedback to refine our acquisition strategies and service offerings, stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
We are looking for someone with:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, digital advertising, or related fields.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
* A proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targets.
* A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscape.
