Education Enrolment Specialist
This role is focused on guiding prospective students across our Education portfolio, with a target driven approach to achieving monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead management and triage of enquiries from prospective teachers, educators and governance professionals
* Qualify and triage leads to identify strong candidates aligned with academic requirements and career goals
* Conduct structured consultations to understand motivations, readiness to study and professional background
The specialist will deliver informed consultations and manage a structured pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
