What Will You Do
We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our EMEA Team!
Successful candidate is expected to resolve a wide variety of Total Rewards related issues (including administration of compensation programs) in line with company policies, procedures and sound Human Resources practices.
The person should have exceptional analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to prioritize own work to achieve objectives.
How You Will Do It
* Support all operational aspects of the Total Rewards "Centre of Excellence" (COE) to implement and drive standard processes and procedures regarding annual Compensation programs (e.g. salary planning, bonus administration)
* Provides Partnership / support to Management, HR and Total Rewards Partners on a variety of compensation and benefits plans and programs in assigned Region.
* Supports Project Management activity for Benefit Renewals in UK and Ireland, including vendor / stakeholder management.
* Provides support to HR on benefits inquiries (including Pension). Supports processing of vendor invoices for Total Rewards.
* Conduct market analysis to grade positions, benchmark / determine pay levels and prepare supporting documentation on validity of evaluations; as part of global grading team, track and structure company positions to create consistent categories, summaries and grades globally.
* Participates in market surveys and prepares compensation data submissions on behalf of JCI.
* Conducts analysis for a broad range of ad hoc compensation and benefits projects. Preparing statistics, reports, identifying trends and preparing summary of analysis to management as it relates to compensation.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with JCI colleagues in HR and other key stakeholders.
* Perform other duties as assigned
Required
What we look for:
* Minimum 3years of experience with all facets of broad-based compensation / benefits
* Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources principles, namely Compensation, performance evaluation, and benefits.
* Good technical skills and understanding of the legal, labour and economic environment of the assigned region
* Good skills with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
* Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to work with change.
* Ability to build partnerships with your total rewards team members, Human Resources and managers, even when they are located in other parts of the world.
Preferred
* Experience of UK and Ireland Benefit administration would be an advantage
* Experience with Workday recommended.
* Experience with Human Resources systems would be an advantage
* Fluency in a second language
* BA in relevant field (HR, Business, Finance etc.)
