Responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellence in process improvement practices to enhance operational and support services' efficiencies, demonstrating leadership to influence behaviors and align priorities.
2. Support continuous improvement cycles to sustainably increase output and develop methodologies and workflows that maximize workforce efficiency and engagement.
3. Implement productivity actions, define work priorities, and drive teams involved in continuous improvement initiatives, problem solving, and risk assessments.
4. Coach operational teams, develop and run operational excellence training programs, and update plant productivity indicators.
5. Support visible continuous improvement processes through indicators, visual management, and working methods.
6. Ensure reduction of time and costs in manufacturing activities, proper training of operational staff, and timely, safe, and cost-effective task execution.
7. Propose and implement improvements, solve problems, and make quality and timely decisions.
8. Gather data to inform decision-making, ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal policies, and promote safety and environmental standards.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (mandatory).
- Lean and Six Sigma training at Lean Leader level and/or Green Belt.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, preferably in cGMP, ICH/CFR, ISO standards, and safety guidelines.
- Experience with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, SMED, etc.) and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, process improvement, statistical tools, and training skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office.
