At Amazon, we're building a team of experts who can ensure the safety and compliance of our products. As a Senior Compliance Associate, you'll be working closely with colleagues from various departments to classify products based on their potential hazardous risk for regulatory storage and transportation. You'll identify and remove products that violate policies, collaborate with the legal and quality teams to maintain high standards, and follow procedures to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can analyze large data sets, identify patterns, and suggest corrective actions. Proficiency in French is required, while proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential. Experience in outsourcing and operational processes is advantageous. If you have decision-making ability in unclear situations and strong internet research skills, this could be the role for you.
Beyond your individual contributions, you'll be part of a collaborative team environment where you can develop your skills and potential with mentors and managers. You'll also have opportunities to propose process improvement ideas and train and mentor other associates. With a focus on diversity and inclusion, we're committed to creating an equitable workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
This is a fixed-term contract position with a 1-year duration. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including professional development opportunities. If you're passionate about compliance and eager to make a meaningful impact, join us and help shape the future of Amazon's product safety practices.
