This key role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes. You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, enhancing candidate experience, while ensuring alignment with Moog’s values and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management: build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders; provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices; manage expectations and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process.End‑to‑End Recruitment Delivery: manage vacancies through the full lifecycle using Workday; ensure accurate requisition management, compliance, and data integrity within the system; deliver a high‑quality candidate experience throughout; prepare weekly reports to keep the recruitment process on track.Direct Sourcing: proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools, networking); develop pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and niche roles.About YouFull Driver’s licence (the location is only accessible by car).Proven experience in an in‑house or agency recruitment role.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Hands‑on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday.Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
