Salary: €30,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
* Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest enquiries
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
* Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
* Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
* Assist with administrative duties to support smooth front desk operations
Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, ideally within hospitality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using booking systems and MS Office applications
* A professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
* Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
* Visa and relocation packages are not provided
