Health & Safety ManagerA well established Irish property developer, with a busy and longterm residential pipeline, is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join its main contracting division.This is a sitebased, hands on role where you will be very much boots on the ground, working closely with site teams to promote best in class health and safety standards across largescale residential apartment schemes of up to 200 units.The RoleDay to day management of health & safety on live construction sitesCarrying out site inspections, audits, and onsite risk assessmentsInvestigating incidents and accidents and implementing corrective actionsDriving a positive health & safety culture across all levels on siteWhat's on OfferSalary: €80,000 - €90,000 (DOE)Company car or car allowancePension10% annual bonusRequirementsExperience in a Health & Safety role within the Irish construction marketResidential experience preferred (not essential)Practical, site focused approach to health & safety
