Job Description:
Our client, a start-up company, is seeking highly skilled Process Technicians to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in supporting production operations and other site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate manual and automated systems to manufacture products according to Batch Manufacturing Instructions (BMIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Handle raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and waste according to safety and quality guidelines.
• Dispense materials for batch manufacturing and technical services.
• Perform sampling and in-process quality testing.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment, and documentation.
• Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, and briefings.
Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience in chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, or cleanroom environments.
• Exposure to equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, powder transfer systems, filters, and pumps.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/quality systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Leaving Certificate.
• A certificate/diploma in manufacturing, engineering, or related discipline is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures.
