We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our team based at our Head Office in Kill, Co. Kildare.
Your mission
1. Planning using MS Project, Primavera Software, or Asta Powerproject.
2. Develop tender programmes including resource loading.
3. Coordinate schedules with site management, design teams, and contractors.
4. Understand and maintain the contract programme.
5. Track and monitor progress.
6. Develop and monitor KPIs.
7. Project progress reporting.
8. Subcontractor progress monitoring.
9. Assist with integration of programmes into BIM models (4D planning).
10. Provide strategic advice for safeguarding, growth, and development.
11. Engage with planning bodies as required, including through written submissions.
12. Work as part of a team, including flexible allocation of work as it arises.
Who are we looking for?
1. Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
2. 8+ years of experience in a planning role.
3. Excellent computer skills including MS Word, P6, Powerproject, Excel, MS Project.
4. Knowledge of 3D and 4D modelling is an advantage but not essential.
Personal Profile
1. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of an integrated team.
2. Ability to approach building projects from multiple disciplines.
3. Technically oriented and familiar with drawings, specs, BoQs, etc.
4. Ability to meet deadlines.
5. Eligible to work in Ireland and fluent in English.
