Our 24-month Graduate Program offers a structured opportunity for talented graduates to gain comprehensive experience in the finance industry. The program consists of three 8-month rotations across data management and maintenance, fund accounting and financial reporting. Participants receive mentorship, training, and exposure to various aspects of the fund administration process.
Rotation 1: Data Management and Maintenance (Months 1-8)
 * Member of team responsible for cashflow and valuation entry onto accounting system
 * Preparation of capital account and quarterly report packages for Private Equity funds
 * Managing invoice processing and payment across multiple funds and banks
 * Managing archive process for investor reporting documents
 * Completing regulatory reporting returns for Central Bank
 * Compile audit sample back ups and provide to auditors
 * Work closely with the fund accounting team to ensure that expenses are paid on time and bookings on accounting system are correct
Rotation 2: Fund Accountant (Months 9-16)
 * Provide A-Z fund accounting services for a suite of private equity programs
 * Reconcile cash to bank account providers on a daily basis
 * Produce monthly net asset valuations for the controlling team
 * Prepare investment reporting information for use by investment manager
 * Prepare monthly investor reporting and handle any queries that may arise on assigned funds
 * Prepare call and distribution packages for investors in the assigned funds
 * Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory returns
 * Assist in various ad-hoc projects in area of fund administration
Rotation 3: Financial Reporting (Months 17-24)
 * Continue to oversee a number of private equity funds
 * Take an active role in the year end audits of these and other funds
 * Preparation of financial statements in excel and on reporting platform
 * Managing annual report process including updating the fund reports and handling audit queries as they arise
 * Coordinate internal and external review points to finalise the annual reports
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (completed within the last 24 months)
 * Strong academic performance (minimum 2.1) with a genuine interest in finance and investments
 * Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
 * Developed IT skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
 * Effective communication and presentation skills
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
 * Interest in pursuing an accounting qualification
 * Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take initiative
