Located on Eyre Square since 1852, The Hardiman Hotel is known for its warm charm and high standards. We're looking for a dedicated Night Porter to join our experienced team and help create a welcoming, secure environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee reception duties, including guest check-in/out and night audit
* Ensure safety and cleanliness across the hotel through regular checks
* Assist with late-night bar service, room service, and basic food prep
* Set up and maintain conference rooms and public areas
* Respond to guest needs with professionalism and care
* Report maintenance issues and manage lost property
* Valet park cars when required
Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience handling guest queries and late-night operations
* Full clean driving licence (desirable)
