Senior it business analyst - lead to cash

Role OverviewAs the Senior IT Business Analyst – Lead to Cash, you will be the primary internal IT contact and will interface with the technical community accountable for planning and delivery. You will support Aptiv’s technology leadership in managing the Lead to Cash Application portfolio. Adopting a collaborative approach, you will collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using standard tools and models), from which solutions are developed, enabling effective project outcomes.What You Will DoPartner with business process owners and IT client-facing teams to elicit and document business requirements for new and / or enhanced functional capabilities. Develop business process models, business requirements (functional and non-functional) along with relevant use cases for the business processes. Serve as the liaison between the business community and the IT architecture and development teams through which requirements flow to enable solutions that deliver long-term value and meet Aptiv standards.Why It Might Be a FitYou will use your functional knowledge of business and technology to recommend systems and process opportunities to improve, expand, or retire existing capabilities & technology to increase the value to Aptiv. You will develop collaborative working relationships with the business community to ensure comprehensive user acceptance testing occurs, training plans are developed & executed, and application solutions are successfully deployed to business functions.RequirementsBachelor or Master degree in the field of computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, Order to Cash, MIS or related discipline.3+ years of experience in multi-national environment within the IT department.Working knowledge and experience in providing IT solutions for Lead to Cash functional processes, including Sales & Sales operations, Marketing, Quote & pricing management, Order Management, Revenue realisation.Exposure to and knowledge of key applications servicing Lead to Cash Functions would be preferred – Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Tableau, MS Dynamics.Working knowledge and/or experience with the Systems Development Lifecycle, ITIL, IT infrastructure services, IT Audit and Compliance Management and ServiceNow Platform.Experience in IT project management (Six Sigma), requirements definition, process definition, and testing.Experience in utilizing requirements tools, along with requirements traceability and gap analysis experience.Experience in software development methodology.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) a plus.Strong Communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.Strong collaboration & facilitation skills and ability to deal with business leaders.Thinks Clearly: Strategic, intellectually curious thinker with focus on outcomes.Drives Action: Experience facilitating workshops with small and large groups.Builds Relationships: Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate to multiple stakeholders, including client management, and operate successfully in a matrixed IT environment.Handles Pressure: Demonstrated ability to work in a high-intensity, multi-project environment, with the ability to multi-task.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package including Bonus Potential, Healthcare & Pension.Learning, professional growth and development in a world recognized international environment.Access to internal & external training, coaching & certifications.Recognition for innovation and excellence.Opportunities to give back to the community.Meaningful work that makes a difference in the world.
