Job Title: Dispatch Officer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Dispatch Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the dispatch of products, processing customer orders, and coordinating on-time deliveries.
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent geographic knowledge of County Kerry and West Limerick, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage dispatch of product
* Processing of customer orders, co-ordination of on time deliveries, arranging of transportation
* Providing advice on products and liaising with sales/accounts staff.
* Responsible for maintaining environmental and safety management systems.
* Organising of various internal audits
* Testing and sampling of products in the laboratory
* Co-ordinate with subcontractors re health & safety documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a construction or Engineering background
* Strong IT skills with the ability to use various systems.
* Strong geographic knowledge of County Kerry and West Limerick
* Ability to multitask.
