Neville Jewellers has five stores in the Munster region and we are looking for someone to join our management team in Limerick. Neville Jewellers is a family business and establishing good leadership is of paramount importance to us. We have a dynamic management team and want to add your experience to our team.
As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that the staff meets their sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's inventory and appearance. We have a central purchasing office, so communication with this office is a daily event. You will also be involved in hiring, training and coaching new and existing employees, as well as handling any customer complaints or issues.
To qualify for this position, you must have at least three years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery sector. You must also have strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as a high level of professionalism and integrity.
